  • Project Leadership and Implementation Skills: Assess and coach managers through complex internal projects, reorganizations, computer conversions, acquisitions, mergers, shutdowns and runoffs.

  • Directed and implemented corporate-wide Human Resource Management policies and programs and compensation systems.
  • Designed and implemented the communication and implementation of acquisitions, divestitures and mergers

In addition, served as Senior Associate, Human Resource Planning and Development at Ashland Oil, Inc. and as Manager, Employee Development at Murphy Oil Corporation.
